Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don't have access to equipment?

When you sign up, your program will be fully customised to your lifestyle and what you have access to, When you book a call we will discuss a strategy of training it is that you want and have access to, If you are a member of a gym we will discuss what equipment you can access, if you want to do at home workouts with equipment or body weight, it is all tailored to your lifestyle.

How many workouts do I have to do?

When we have booked in a call, we will access your lifestyle and find out what workout split works for you, whether it be 3/4/5/6 day split.

I'm travelling and can't access my normal equipment for a timeframe. What happens then?

If you are out of your normal routine for a week, for example you go on holidays/are travelling/different gym, you just need to give Jarmahn a weeks notice so he can change your program for that week.

How long does it take to see results?

This can vary dramatically and will be discussed more in depth in our call but we can recommend clients starting with the 12 weeks to see changes.

What if I want to continue working with KGAC once my training period has finished.

When you sign up you are signing up for the length you want to sign up for. if you want continue after that period you just sign up for another 12 week block.

Do you offer a plant based lifestyle approach?

Yes, your coach Jarmahn lives on a plant based lifestyle himself and has a lot of experience when it comes to living that lifestyle.
